Where is your Hometown?
Southern California
How long have you lived in Colorado?
Almost 1 year!
What did you do prior to getting into fitness?
It wasn’t until I moved to Colorado that I could really chase my dreams to work as a fitness professional. In California, I held a full time Accounting position where my only free time was my workout time. I didn’t have the time to coach or to spread my passion of being fit.
What is your fitness background?
I am Lagree certified as of April 2019. I have always been an athlete, so fitness has always been in my life. Played Soccer and ran track growing up and always played in competitive sports leagues throughout College. The only time I slowed down was when I had my two boys. After the second was born, I decided NO way was I going to keep all the baby weight on. So at 8 weeks postpartum, I walked into a gym and started boxing, running, and lifting weights. From that day forward – I have not missed a beat in the fitness world. I have done and experienced so much in the last 4 years. From Boxing to competitive Spartan racing. 5k’s to half marathons.

Also, currently enrolled in the NASM program to become a Personal Trainer.

How did you find Lagree?
I had always heard about Lagree back home in Cali, but never tried it. Moved here and was looking to switch up my exercise routine which consisted of HIIT workouts, boxing, and weight lifting. I found Lagree in this lovely town of Parker and completely fell in love with the method after the first class. It was hard and it still is hard. Lagree has 100% fulfilled and replaced my old weight lifting habits. I haven’t been to the squat rack since I found Lagree!
Favorite Mega Move?
EVERY and ANY lunge movement is my fav!
But, also have to add Mega Hamstring Curl in there too!! Anything to FIRE up glutes, hammies, and quads!!
Mega move that challenges you the most?
Scrambled eggs and Bungee 100%
What is your guilty pleasure?
FOOD!!!! I am a foodie 100%. I love to eat and to cook. Mostly everything in my house is homemade. The best thing about fitness is being able to be rewarded with good meals!! Especially when you are consistent in coming to class – you can be consistent in eating good food!
