Lagree Fitness Method

Policies

Grip Socks
Grip Socks are required in all classes for safety.

Available for purchase at the studio.
Pregnancy
Lagree is safe and effective for those who are expecting.

We require a doctor's note stating you are able to workout.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, we will not be able to let you in.

This is for your safety as warm-up is a vital part to the workout.
Switching Class Times
Class times are not able to be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the class start time.

A $20 late cancel fee will be applied if you must switch classes within 12 hours.
Injuries
Lagree is safe for those recovering from injuries to the knee, back, etc.

Check with the studio about modifications.
16+
We happily welcome anyone age 16 or over to participate in our classes.

We are unable to accommodate clients not yet 16 years of age.
Schedule Changes
Instructors and classes are subject to change.

Visit the schedule for the latest updates.
Cancellations or Changes to Membership
Cancellations or changes to your membership require written notice at least 30-days prior to your billing date.

Email us at PowerMixxFitness@gmail.com to notify us of your desired change.
Booking Classes
All classes must be booked in advance to save your spot.

Book directly through our branded Power Mixx Fitness App (recommended) or on our website.

You may book up to 2 weeks in advance.
No Show Policy
An absence results in a $30 charge and you do not receive the class back. Again, to remain fair, there will be no exceptions made to this policy.

If you’re late (5-minute grace period; beyond that it’s unsafe to join and you will be turned away), that falls under this policy as well.
Cancellations Policy
If you cancel your scheduled class within 12 hours of the class start time, it’s considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations incur a $20 fee, but you will receive your class back.

Your first two late cancellations per year will be waived. After two there are no exceptions. Any request for an exception beyond two will be denied. This is not because we do not care — this is to remain fair.

The two waived late cancellations are in place to allow you grace for when life doesn’t go as planned. They do not accumulate or roll over to the following year. We hope you don’t need to use them, but they are there if you do.

As of April 23, if we have already waived two late cancellations for you, there will be no exceptions for the remainder of 2026. Starting in 2027, you will start fresh with two again.

Cancellations (early or late) must be done online or in-app. We do not accept cancellation requests over the phone, social media, or via email as we are a small business and may not get to the request in time.
Waitlist
If a class you’d like to take is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. Be sure you to opt in to receive our message updates.

If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email or text confirmation.

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class, the 12-hour cancellation policy applies.

Clients are solely responsible for removing themselves from the waitlist if they can no longer attend the class they requested. In this situation, you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or no-show fees associated with being added (from the waitlist) to the class and not attending.

The waitlist locks and becomes void at the 12-hour mark. From that point on, potential spots in the class are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
