Membership

  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
     
  • You must complete a Waiver and Release prior to your first class.
     
  • Classes are subject to availability and can be reserved online.
     
  • All sales are final. Memberships and packages are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or exchanges.
     
  • Auto-pay membership are recurring monthly.
     
  • Auto-pay automatically renews after your commitment term.
     
  • 30-day written notice prior to renewal date is required to discontinue membership.

Waitlist

  • By putting yourself on the waitlist, you are indicating a willingness and ability to attend class.
     
  • You could be automatically added to a class at anytime 12+ hours before class. This means you are IN the class and you will be notified via text and/or email.
     
  • At any time under 12 hours before class, the system will text you if a last-minute spot opens. You will NOT be automatically added to class unless you respond to the text to claim the spot.
     
  • Please remove yourself from the waitlist or cancel your booking ASAP if you are unable to attend. This helps open a spot for someone else.
     
  • When you are added to class from the waitlist but then cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class, a late cancellation will apply

Cancellations

  • All classes are subject to availability and must be reserved online.
     
  • All cancellations must be done online.
     
  • Group classes require for any reason without penalty up until 12 hours prior to the scheduled class.
     
  • Late group class cancellations will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. 
     
  • No-shows to group classes will result in a $30 no-show fee and forfeiture of the session.
     
  • Private/Duet sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. 
     
  • Private/Duet cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $25 charge, but the session will remain on your account.
